Thanks so much for sharing Angela Doss, I especially enjoyed the conversation around needing to build skills to navigate and build communities which will always have people we do and don't agree with. I am in many communities and not one of them do I find that I can align with majority on all of their beliefs or views. Being able to bring together a diversity of perspectives, continually asking questions, challenging our own assumptions, being open to learning, and speaking truth has been a terrifying and enriching experience.

Thank you for sharing your experiences, Angela Doss, of developing your courage to speak out about the state-corporate establishment narrative since the March 2020 police state response to the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak.

It took me much longer to build up the courage to speak out, even though I saw early on that the evidence I was encountering wasn't aligning with the fearmongering narrative being pushed in the establishment media. I felt like we were all being gaslit; but my family wasn't quite willing to question anything.

I had been following the teachings and insights of Inner Integration with Meredith Miller, who was on the first episode of this podcast. And I really knew there was something wrong in society, when I saw that even she began to shy away from publishing videos on YouTube. But I was still grateful for every video and commentary she was willing to share. As you said, Angela Doss, "When we have a community, we feel braver..."

Also, I've been listening to the free speech Pacifica Radio Network, since childhood, especially KPFA radio out of Berkeley, CA, growing up in San Mateo, in the peninsula. Yet, they've been increasingly self-censoring, especially the news bosses, and by the time the COVID-19 issue was upon us, it was incredibly disappointing and maddening that they were not engaging critically with the important issues, especially around the nonsensical lockdowns and the reckless injection mandates.

Fortunately, I also listened to other radio stations in the free speech Pacifica Radio Network, including WBAI out of New York City. And on WBAI, The Gary Null Show was way ahead of the curve, as far as speaking out honestly about the false narratives around the COVID-19 issue, including featuring many dissident doctors and information from people, like Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (2024 US Presidential candidate; author of The Real Anthony Fauci; author of The Wuhan Cover-Up), Dr. Peter R. Breggin and Ginger Ross Breggin (authors of COVID-19 and the Global Predators), Prof. Mattias Desmet (author, The Psychology of Totalitarianism); Dr. Peter McCullough (who testified before the Texas Senate and the U.S. Senate early on), Dr. Robert Malone, David Martin, Reiner Fuellmich, Dr. Naomi Wolf (who recently helped coordinate thousands of people to dig through Pfizer documents released after a legal victory), and many others. The Gary Null Show is also on the Progressive Radio Network, PRN.Live.

Anyway, thanks again, Angela Doss and Lo Elizabeth, for raising up your voices. We gotta exercise our right to free speech, lest it atrophies and we lose our rights.

You mentioned the lockdowns felt like a gut punch, like a betrayal. Yeah, I'll never forget the day my employer sent us home. It was Friday, 20 MAR 2020. I felt a similar embodied experience. I was out in the country. And the air was still. It felt like 9/11, like the day when all airplanes were grounded. Now, we know that was most likely a false flag event, especially as The Grayzone has a report from Kit Klarenberg that "At least two 9/11 hijackers had been recruited into a joint CIA-Saudi intelligence operation that was covered up at the highest level," according to a court filing by Donald C. Canestraro.

By the way, as far as the field of psychology and talk therapy, please just stay within your integrity, as Meredith Miller advises, then you will both be a positive influence, whether from within the system or from outside the system, as Meredith Miller is doing.

Here's my scrappy blog, mainly keeping notes for my own future reference, as I rarely have enough time for editing. So, it's mostly stream of consciousness, but it's from the heart:
